1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PeptideStack, including our website, applications, tools, calculators, and related services (the “Platform”).

PeptideStack is owned by Stackly Holdings Limited and operated by Stackly Ops Limited, both registered in New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use PeptideStack.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You may only use PeptideStack if:

• You are at least 18 years old in your jurisdiction, and
• You are 21 years or older in jurisdictions where access to protocol-related, supplement-related, or similar platforms is legally restricted to 21+ (including certain regions of the United States).

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We do not knowingly allow use by minors.

3. Educational & Non-Medical Purpose

PeptideStack is an educational and informational platform only.

• We do not provide medical advice
• We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medical treatments
• We do not provide dosing instructions or medical protocols

All outputs are designed to help users organize, visualize, and interpret their own self-entered data.

Nothing on the Platform should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Charges will be billed in advance for each billing period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We do not guarantee refunds except where required by law

Prices, features, and billing structures may change with notice.

Failed payments may result in loss of access until resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Seek or provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or exploit others
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform
• Misrepresent PeptideStack as a medical service

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit data, text, files, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and analyze that content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

We do not sell your User Content.

8. Platform Outputs & No Reliance

The Platform may generate calculations, summaries, trends, or analytical insights.

These outputs:

• Are not guarantees
• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• Should not be relied upon for medical or professional decisions

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Stackly Holdings Limited.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the Platform without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• Access may be revoked immediately
• Data may be deleted subject to legal obligations

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for health outcomes or decisions made by users

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
